  • 2.5 grade point average over four years of high school

  • 95% attendance average over four years of high school

  • maintain a record of good citizenship

-Tutors will receive training before they are assigned to a teacher.

-Tutors will be 11th or 12th grade students.

- Each tutor will be assigned to a supervising teacher for one hour a day for a semester.

-A teacher's guide is available below that list all the requirements and responsibility of supervising teachers for you to read before you commit to this program.

-Ideally peer tutoring will be a one-on-one or very small group situation.  You may find it helpful to have someone to work with students who require extra help.

-The peer tutor will be responsible for keeping track of their volunteer time, but you will be asked to sign their time sheet.

-If you would like to be a part of this exciting program, please fill out and submit the A+ Tutor Request Google Form located below.
